Gain the skills and confidence to be able to notice an activating obsessive thought and be able to move one without having to engage in compulsions until it feels “just right”

We will meet to discuss what brings you to therapy before outlining your goals together. From there, you will have space to explore your current issues, learn coping skills, and discover how to start feeling confident, in control, and at peace.

While the timeline is different for everyone, most clients notice a decrease in their anxiety after 6-8 sessions.
