  • At this time, I accept Aetna, United, and Optum insurance for individual 53-minute sessions.

    If you have an insurance that is not listed, superbills can be provided at your request for “out of network” benefits. Please reach out to your insurance company to learn more about your benefits and whether or not you will receive reimbursement with your superbill.

  • Traditional Therapy

    Individual 53-minute session: $150

    Couples 60-minute session: $175

    Extended Sessions or "Intensive" Therapy

    Individual 90-minute session: $225

    Individual 2-hour session: $300

    Couple 90-minute session: $275

    Couple 2-hour session: $350

  • I am in office in Oviedo, FL, and I also provide virtual therapy.

    My office is located at 441 N Central Ave, Oviedo, FL 32765.

  • I provide virtual therapy sessions to anyone residing in the state of Florida. Telehealth sessions are conducted using online video meetings through a secure platform. Online sessions give you the flexibility to attend therapy without having to travel to a physical office. Just make sure you are in a private space with strong internet connection.

  • During your first appointment, I will learn more about you as we review your intake paperwork and work together to outline your goals for therapy.

  • You are able to end treatment at any time whether it is because you have met your goals or therapy with me is no longer needed. While each individual is unique in how long they choose to remain in therapy, the clients who see me for trauma or anxiety are often in treatment for at least 6 months.
